- Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their orders at any time before the item has been shipped. To cancel an order, please log in to your account and navigate to your orders. Select the order you wish to cancel and click the "Cancel" button. If the item has not yet been processed for shipping, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

  

- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our return policy.

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

- Stock Unavailability: If the product you ordered is out of stock and cannot be replenished, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

- Payment Issues: If there are any issues with your payment, such as authorization failure or fraud detection, we may cancel the order after attempting to contact you.

- Shipping Restrictions: If your delivery location is outside our serviceable area, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.


Refund Process

Once your order has been successfully canceled, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
